Things to Do on Cape Cod in November

Kick off the holiday season on Cape Cod! There are tons of events in November on Cape Cod, so you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll love. Plus, we still have rooms available and would love to host you at our lovely nine-room inn.

Friday, November 15-Monday, December 30: Glassblowers’ Christmas

Head to the Sandwich Glass Museum for their 10th Annual Glassblowers’ Christmas. Hundreds of beautiful glass ornaments will be on display and for sale, the perfect souvenir or holiday gift. Plus, Sandwich is one of our favorite Cape Cod towns – spend the rest of the day exploring the area!

Saturday, November 23: America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration

Get in the Thanksgiving spirit in just off-Cape in Plymouth, location of the country’s first Thanksgiving in 1621. The event kicks off in the morning with a parade, followed by a fun-filled festival right on the waterfront.

Saturday, November 23: Eastham Turnip Festival

If you’re looking for a quirky local event to check out, the Eastham Turnip Festival is for you. The 16th annual event introduces attendees to turnip dishes from local restaurants, a turnip “shuck-off,” live entertainment, and a holiday marketplace.

Saturday, November 29-Sunday, December 29: Gardens Aglow at Heritage Museums & Gardens

Stroll the beautiful gardens at Heritage Museums & Gardens during their Gardens Aglow events. Check out the beautiful lights, holiday displays, ice carvings, live music, and holiday shopping every Friday-Sunday.

Bonus! December 6-8: Brewster for the Holidays

Get ready for the holidays in our quaint, coastal town with Brewster for the Holidays. Local businesses across town will be welcoming visitors and shoppings with events to kick off the season.

A pandemic escape!

Amy and her staff are incredible. The attention to detail is hands down the best. Given all that is going on in this Covid-19 world, we felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was contactless. Our room was perfect. The breakfasts were wonderful and loved the cookies in the afternoon. The icing on the cake was Sweet Pea, Amy's dog, an absolute love! Amy, thank you, we'll be back!

Outstanding getaway!

This was our second time staying at this lovely inn. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the grounds are both spacious and tranquil. There is even a pool which is an excellent way to cool off after a day exploring the nearby trails or bike path. The breakfasts are creative and delicious and very filling. Amy, the owner and innkeeper is wonderful. She takes great care of the property and is so welcoming to her guests. She is very gracious in helping with advice on what to do in the area and making dinner reservations. We were among her first guests as Massachusetts began to "open up" during the Covid 19 crisis. She took great care to assure that everything was done to make her guests safe and comfortable. We look forward to returning.
