Celebrate spring with a trip to Brewster, MA on iconic Cape Cod! Did you know that spring arrives just a wee bit earlier in Brewster than other towns on the Cape? And our beautiful town celebrates spring each year with our Annual Brewster in Bloom Parade and Festival, held May 4th – 6th this year! Come enjoy a colorful spring getaway and beautiful bulbs flowering along the roadsides. (In the mid-1980’s, a group of Brewster residents planted hundreds of daffodils along Route 6A in Brewster, MA to mark the beginning of spring. After a long, cold and gray winter, the spring blooms are certainly a sight for weary eyes!) This three-day festival offers something for everyone, from artisans and concerts, to a parade and ice cream social. The top activities include:
7th Annual Arts & Antiques Excursion
This self-guided tour takes you to Brewster’s numerous antique and art galleries.

Brewster Band Spring Concert
Enjoy a free concert with the Brewster Band.

5K Bloom Run
This fun 5K run will help you get your summer off to a running start!
When: Sat. at 10am (rain or shine) Registration begins at 8:30am
Where: Brewster Inn and Chowder House, 1993 Main St. ($25 entry fee)
Juried Fine Arts & Crafts Show
Over 90 vendors will showcase their arts and crafts!
When: Sat. from 10am-5pm and Sun. from 10am-4pm
Where: Cape Cod Sea Camps, 3057 Main St. (Route 6A)
Brewster in Bloom Parade
To culminate the festival, a parade will run through the center of town. This year’s theme is “Clamoring for Clams!” – one of Brewster’s favorite summertime activities!
