Traveling From Out of State
Massachusetts has a travel order to help us keep transmission levels as low as possible. All visitors are required to submit an online Massachusetts Travel Form, and (a) either provide a negative coronavirus test that is less than 72 hours old, or (b) quarantine for 14 days. Your Health and Safety During Your Stay
Your health and safety is most important to us and we implement practices to keep you safe during your stay at Brewster By The Sea Inn! These are all based on recommendations from hospitality experts, and are in compliance with the CDC, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and our local health department. We will do everything we can to ensure you have an extremely enjoyable stay.
Cleaning
You may rest assured that we are continuing our high level of cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting at the Inn, and increasing the number of times we disinfect areas that may be frequently touched by others. We are strictly following the recommendations of the CDC, the State of Massachusetts, and our local health department.
Contact-less Check-Ins/Check-Outs
Check-In Time: Any time after 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Your room will be available at 3:00 on the date of your arrival. The balance of your bill will be charged on the day of your arrival, so if you would like us to use a different credit card than what was used for the deposit, please give us a call ahead of time. 508 896 3910
We have installed keyless locks on the exterior and interior guest room doors. We will text your lock code to you on the morning of your arrival. A Welcome Packet will be placed in your room, with information about the room, the Inn, restaurant recommendations, and a few maps and brochures to help you navigate all there is to do on the Cape! We will send an email to you prior to your arrival with a link to a video, which will provide specific information about your room.
Housekeeping
For your protection, we will not enter your room during your stay. Garbage service is available each day, and fresh linens are provided upon request. Of course, if there is a mishap or an urgent cleaning need, please text us and we will take care of it for you.
Enjoying the Pool and Grounds
We have sufficiently spaced our tables and lounge chairs and provide additional areas and seating throughout the property. Outdoor dining tables are available all day long for you to enjoy take-out meals. All pool furniture is cleaned between uses. Pool Towels are provided in your rooms. After use, please discard them in the poolside bin, and we will provide a fresh one to you as needed. Feel free to bring our pool towels to use at the beach as well.

Personal Protection
Please note that Massachusetts requires the wearing of face masks in all public places. Please be prepared to protect yourself and others while spending time in the Common Areas and hallways of the Inn during your stay. We will have extra face masks available upon request.
