When we serve our Toasted Pecan Waffles, we like to cover them with sautéed bananas in our Bananas Foster Sauce. Here is the recipe for the sauce:
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups water
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients, and heat to a boil.
- Let rest, serve warm.
