During Covid, we perfected our protocols to ensure you have the safest stay here at Brewster By The Sea Inn. We still use those protocols every day, just to make sure we keep illness at bay.
Contactless Check-in and Check-Out
We have created short videos for each of our rooms, so you may virtually check-in to your room. Each video explains how to access your room, and highlights the room’s features. You’ll have a Welcome Packet in your room with specific instructions on how to use all of the room features, such as the fireplace, showers and the individually controlled mini-split air conditioning units in each room. There is no personal check-out required, when you are ready to go, there is nothing else required, keeping it safe and contactless!

Keyless Entries
All of the exterior doors and guest room doors now have keyless locks. On the morning of your arrival, we text you the lock code to access your room. There is no longer a need to “check in” with the Innkeeper to get a physical key to your room!
A Private Stay
We will not enter your room during your stay without your invitation, so you may rest assured that nothing new is being introduced into your room.
Increased Room Amenities
In addition to our all-natural fiber amenities, including 100% cotton and linen sheets, towels and robes; and our all-natural soap, shampoo and conditioner bars (no plastic containers), all of our rooms have a dining table and chairs, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee makers.
Outdoor Dining Areas throughout the Grounds
If you prefer to pick up your meals rather than dining in restaurants, we provide numerous outdoor tables and chairs throughout the property for you to enjoy your meal.
Cleaning Protocols
We are maintaining our high standards of care when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting each room. After each stay, the rooms are aired out, and then entered, cleaned and disinfected pursuant to local, state, federal and hospitality guidelines.
We are Onsite and Always Available
In your Welcome Packet, you will find Restaurant Recommendations, maps, shopping ideas, hiking ideas and other “Things to Do”. But please know, we are on-site and love to visit with our guests and share our thoughts about enjoying the Cape. And, of course, are here if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable!
